Set in Khao Lak, present day, the film is about Ananda (Ananda Everingham), a famous actor who has come back from the US to star in an arty film, directed by Kongdej (Kongdej Jaturanrasamee) and co-starring actress Ploy (Ploy Jindachot), about a young woman who brings her amnesiac boyfriend back to a seaside hotel where he lost his memory after the tsunami devastated the resort. Meanwhile, Ananda's American girlfriend Zoe (Cerise Leang) arrives jet-lagged at the location; but feels increasingly shut out and bored in the empty as Ananda is wrapped up in the filming.Some time later in Bangkok, Ananda is living with new girlfriend May (Sajee Apiwong) in a flat owned by his mother.She works for the film company that produced the film but feels increasingly shut out by his expat soci .
